Gigi Hadid lit up Instagram on Sunday when she dropped some major news. She’s got a collaboration with Maybelline in the works—and it’s coming out SOON!
In the popular ‘gram, (it garnered 512,322 likes in under an hour) Hadid is pictured at a vanity surrounded by copious amounts of makeup (and a latte), leading us to believe it’s going to be quite the comprehensive collection capitalizing on her signature beauty looks. We’re expecting highlighter, naturally, and from the looks of it, a lion’s share of nude lipsticks, and some vampy hues as well. This makes total sense given Hadid is a face of the brand and also a modern beauty icon.
For the reveal photo, Hadid wears rose-coloured sunnies and a brown and green furry jacket (because that’s what we all do at our vanities) and is framed by a backdrop of butterflies.

We can’t believe Gigi’s been keeping this from us for a year!

[MUSIC] Welcome back to Joshington Hosts and today. And I can't quite believe it but we're gonna hang out with Gigi Hadid. Woo! And we're here to launch your Tommy Hilfiger collection, which is incredible. Thank you so much. What have you learned about your personal style from becoming a designer, do you think? I've learned that I'm, kind of, in a different style every day. My first thought going in to this collection was what would I wear on a summer day. I realized that one day I wake up feeling like a tom boy, one day I feel girly girl, one day I feel flirty, one day I feel preppy. I try to make a collection, a piece within the collection for each one of my moods I kind of hope that's what makes it relatable to people cause however their feeling on that specific day or if any of those things are how they feel all the time then they can kind of find their peace. And what mood are you in today? Casual sporty Which is usually my move. [LAUGH] I'm loving it. I'm loving the way people don't wear their coats properly anymore, it's become an accessory. Yeah. Well, I like it because you're kind of cold, and if I had this coat all the way on, it would be way too hot, but I like it. You can still make a statement. It's like a hug. Yeah. you know. It's like a nice little fashion week [INAUDIBLE] which I enjoy. It's like walking around the fireplace. [LAUGH] Just right next to it. That's what [UNKNOWN] all about guys. Make sure you can get down the [INAUDIBLE]. Yeah. Now what is the one piece from the collection, you really want to give to Bella? She likes I think the bodysuits all the time. She's into And the bomber jacket she likes, probably the leather pants also. Yeah, now would you ever do like really coordinate a couple's dressing. Would you like TommyHillfiger.com all over it. I think sometimes it's fun- Yeah. If, but I feel like that takes a lot of planning for us, so it's- I mean, you don't have the time? Yeah, or like it comes up really randomly, like when Kenny and I did that Balmon party last weekend. Yeah, that was fierce. But that kind of happened like randomly so I feel like it's never really like planned. Thanks so much babe.
