The Coat The Street Style Set Were Wearing At LFW

The classic trench has made a return.

The coat of choice among the street style set at London Fashion Week was this fail safe beige cover-up. But the perfect trans-seasonal layer had a new season spin: though in traditional beige, the trenches outside the SS18 shows came in exaggerated shapes, ruffles, checks – there were even a few PVC numbers, too.

Worn best over jeans or trousers, we also spotted a couple of hoodies styled underneath. It's the perfect coat to elevate any look and give you a fashion lead feel to your look.

The Uniqlo X J.W Anderson trench hit the stores on Monday night and the collection was instantly spotted Tuesday morning around the shows.
