Wearing a LBD with a cute scoop-neck and short, scalloped hemline, the Resident Evil actress basked in the attention from passers by and was clearly having a lot of fun.
Filming up close and personal with model and actor Carlos Casia Grande, the pair played up for the cameras.
Milla was in a cheerful mood, waving at photographers, struggling to keep a straight face and tweeting between takes.
And after all the work and fooling around, the actress and model changed her stilettos for a pair of flats - proving she's just like the rest of us after all.
