The Cannes Film Festival is underway, and aside from the much-anticipated movie premieres and the stunning red carpet looks, the event is basically a warm-weather playground for celebs to come and unwind. It’s located right on the water in the South of France, and when the A-list attendees aren’t glammed up to the nines, they’re playing in the water, lounging on boats, and digging in to ice cream cones (YOLO, right?).
