Twilight’s Ashley Greene reveals her fitness secrets

Those Cullens are a good-looking bunch of vegan vampires – and we’re not just talking about Robert Pattinson!
Ashley Greene, who plays Alice Cullen in the cult movie series, shows off a killer (excuse the pun) bod in the new film – and we’ve found out how she got it!

‘It was really easy. We were working 12 hours a day, so it didn't leave too much time to eat.
‘When I did eat, I had really healthy stuff, which was nice.’
While filming the movie, Ashley had to train extensively for her fight scenes and now keeps in shape with regular Pilates classes.
She told Us Weekly magazine: ‘We had a personal trainer and then we also had fight training. It was a good four hours a day of training.
‘I do Pilates now, early in the morning. It wakes you up, and it's kind
of refreshing.
‘And that is basically it. Sometimes cardio. I am not a big
weight person because when I do weights I build muscle mass.’
So there you go – a new fitness regime to get your teeth into… (Sorry!)
