Pregnant Sienna Miller has been spotted shooting scenes for her upcoming film, A Case of You in New York...

Sienna Miller showcased her growing baby bump and gave a nod to this season’s ladylike trend in a pale pink lace dress and matching coat on the set of her new movie A Case Of You. Her contrasting black Birkin bag, court shoes and opaque tights offset the look perfectly, keeping it chic and not overly girlie.

CELEBRITIES ON SET

Feeling the effects of the chilly climes between takes though, the 30-year-old queen of boho soon covered up, opting for comfort over style in a cosy full-length puffa coat and Uggs.

Evan Rachel Wood, Busy Phillips and Brendan Fraser also star in the film about a writer who lies about his online profile in an attempt to impress a girl, due for release next year.
