The A-list gave new series Smash a stylish launch with the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker, Abigail Breslin and Uma Thurman all in attendance.

Sarah-Jess looked suitably chic in a striped sequin Tory Burch midi dress with navy velvet Yves Saint Laurent jacket teamed with Manolo Blahnik pumps, while Uma kept it simple in an all-black floor-sweeping dress.
SJP's New Year's Eve co-star Abigail looked all grown-up in a LBD with sheer lace detailing.
They were joined at the launch party by Smash's stars Debra Messing, Katharine McPhee and Anjelica Huston.
Set to give Glee a run for its money, Smash is a new musical series which follows a group of characters trying to stage a Broadway show about the life of Marilyn Monroe.
It will premiere in the UK on Sky Atlantic in the early part of the year.
