Lady Gaga beats Britney Spears for Twitter followers!

After steadily gaining on Britney Spears who used to be the most followed user on the social-networking site Twitter, Lady Gaga and Britney were neck-and-neck until Gaga fans topped Brit’s over the weekend, crowing Gaga the new most followed tweeter.
On hearing the news, Lady Gaga took to the internet and thanked her ‘little monsters’ for reigning her as Twitter queen by posting an internet video. In true Gaga style she sported a lace headpiece adorned with sequined Twitter logos and her own ornamental version of the site’s bird symbol.
The Alejandro singer said to her loyal fans: 'May you always have soft cuticles while tweeting,' and 'Just remember that I love you!'
