Kate Hudson is a bit of an adverturer when it comes to her exercise regime. Rather than see keeping in shape as a chore, Kate approaches exercise like an adventure, and challenges herself with different forms of exercise. "Kate will try anything" says her trainer Nicole Stuart. "She's like, ‘Okay, what's next? Boom, boom, boom.'" Kate's favourite way to keep fit? She loves outdoor exercise including long runs, Pilates, canoeing, bike rides. Her typical workout consists of between 45-60 minutes of cardio followed by the Pilates "hundred" ab series or stretching exercises.
