Not one for doing things by halves, Madonna launched her 11th studio album in 25 years with a glittering performance to 2,000 people at New York City's Roseland Ballroom. The super-star, whose album is released internationally this week, said: "Even though I have made what seems like 100 records, every time I put one out it's like the first time and the best time."
