Lily Allen and Lindsay Lohan

It's no secret that Lindsay Lohan is best buds with DJ Samantha Ronson (the two were even spotted in a lip-lock in Cannes recently!), but the new addition to Li-Lo's circle is none other than fellow party girl Lily Allen. The twosome were spotted having a long lunch in LA at Il Sole restaurant, which turned into an early evening aperitif (Lindsay had a soft drink).
