Victoria Beckham didn't find it hard to make friends in Hollywood. Oh no — Eva Longoria Parker, Katie Holmes and Kate Beckinsale welcomed her with open arms. But it wasn't these brunette beauties that inspired her to return to brown hair. "Victoria went back to brunette because she was tired of always having to dye her roots," says her make-up artist Maria-Louise Featherstone. So is the label-lover choosy with beauty booty? "Victoria's not a product snob," says Featherstone. "The one thing she won't leave the house without is lip gloss — her favourite is MAC's Lustreglass Lipglass in Beaux (£10.50; 0870 034 2566)."
