About Film InStyle

Breaking new ground in 360 media, InStyle has invited luxury brands to collaborate with film directors to create a series of short films, each exploring "the meaning of style". With InStyle as curator, brands such as Roberto Cavalli and Mulberry have linked up with exciting directorial talent with CVs as varied as Channel 4's Skins to the shooting of documentaries of Obama in the White House.

InStyle is also announcing the Film InStyle Competition, launched in collaboration with Burberry, where we are asking young aspiring film makers to create and enter their own short films on "style", between 90 seconds and 3 minutes in length. Editor Eilidh MacAskill and Burberry creative director Christopher Bailey will judge the entries in March 2012, with the lucky winner's film appearing on InStyle.co.uk. He or she will also have the chance to work in Burberry's media office as well as shoot footage for InStyle.co.uk.

How you can enter

Shoot your fashion film (between 90 seconds and 3 minutes in length) and then upload the final edit to a video hosting site such as YouTube. To enter the competition, simply email us your entry via the Enter Your Film button below. Your entry submission needs to include a URL link to your film, its title with a short description of the concept, along with your full contact details. You must read the full Terms and Conditions prior to submitting your film. By emailing us your entry you are agreeing to the full Terms and Conditions as well as allowing IPC to contact you in relation to this project. IPC will not pass on your information to any third parties.
