My favourite thing about Copenhagen Fashion Week? The shopping inspiration. You see what you get and what you can buy; everything is wearable unlike other fashion weeks where you need a bank loan to afford your favourite cable knit. I'm forever in love with the Danish way of dressing. Wheather you're a navy and camel lover, the androgynous type or just someone who prefers the classics and mimialist aesthetic... Look to the Danes for inspiration.

1. Scarves are massive: Literally

Mark Kenly Domino Tan FW15 - all pictures are my own

I'd wear this.... with my dark, grey Carven peacoat, any flare jean (something with a heritage-inspired wash is bang on trend. See MiH Jeans for ideas)

2. The Sweeping Skirt

Henrik Vibsov FW15 -  all pictures are my own

I'd wear this... exactly how it's styled: lace-up flats and an over-sized jumper. This is easy day-to-night dressing... just add a pointed heal for dinner. (Look to Gianvitto Rossi and Zara for great coloured court heels.)

3. Anything from Sophie Bille Brahe

I'd wear this... To any Fashion Week event, birthday or special occasion. Wheather you're in a t-shirt or a LBD, the pieces my-type-of- elegant with an avant-garde twist,

4. The Suede Lace Up

Baum und Pferdgarten FW15 - all pictures are my own

I'd wear this... With a denim skirt (mini or mid-length are both great) to embrace the 70's mood that's going to be huge this summer. But as London Fashion Week is in a few days, I'd wear with my Vince navy straight leg trousers and slip-on flats (my Tods classics go with everything!)

5. The checked roll neck

Ganni FW15 - all pictures are my own

I'd wear this...  with my Acne cropped blue jeans and Addidas trainers for that laid back feel. As Ditte Reffstrup, Creative Director of Ganni says 'A few hero pieces are enough to shake up our functional and minimalist basics'.

6. Subtle statements from Katrine Kristensen

I'd wear this...  with everything from a relaxed sweater to silks and evening dresses. Katrine Kristensen creates the perfect everyday pieces, and ones I'll wear now and way beyond Fashion Week.
