Victoria, Victoria Beckham
If you thought all of the big names were done and dusted at New York Fashion Week, think again. Day 7’s line up included Victoria, Victoria Beckham, Oscar de la Renta, Jenny Packham and Marc by Marc Jacobs.
Tory Burch kicked off proceedings in an all-American way with wheat-print sundresses teamed with flat pumps, meanwhile, it was pretty prints at J. Crew, too. Beach parasols and banana palms were printed on tank tops and paired with classic cuts and bold colours that screamed of summer.
Erin O’Connor was on the runway at Badgley Mishka in a peach caped jumpsuit before a parade of pastels with metallic accents came in flowing gowns, cropped trousers and A-line skirts.
A day of diffusion lines, Victoria Beckham presented Victoria, Victoria Beckham first with a collection of printed minis and safari-style dresses to great applause. Marc Jacobs followed suit with Marc by Marc Jacobs presenting clashing checks and stripes layered with 80s-style nonchalance.

Mixing classic lines with truly decadent touches, Vera Wang set herself up as the go-to red carpet label to lust over with a mix of embellished lace gowns, sheer pencil skirts, city shorts and metallic tunics. Meanwhile, it was all about print at Rodarte with cheers of delight coming from front-rower Kirsten Dunst.
Going for all out glamour, however, were Kate Middleton's favourites Jenny Packham and Oscar de la Renta. While Jenny Packham presented pure class in the form of slinky dresses and sequin-embellished silver gowns, Oscar de la Renta went all-out First Lady style with pencil skirts and blazers before a parade of show-stopping drop-hem gowns closed the show.
