Victoria Beckham Hints At A High Street Collab + All Is Right With The World

Want to own Victoria Beckham's gorgeous clothes without putting yourself in rather serious debt? VB has made that dream sound like it's going to be a reality...

Victoria Beckham has been creating stunning clothes ever since she first dipped her toe into the world of design and since then her collections have only grown in strength.

While her show pieces can fetch anything from £1000 upwards, even her diffusion line Victoria Victoria Beckham still commands a pretty heft price-tag, ruling out some of her most die-hard of fans from actually being able to buy her designs for themselves. However, it looks like that's all about to change...

Speaking at a conference with the founder of New York Fashion Week, Fern Mallis, Victoria talked candidly about her future aspirations for her brand, which turned the discussion to the high-street.

The chat quickly addressed the subject of H&M's famous designer collaborations — the next one being Balmain which will hit the shelves come November — the designer actually said that she'd 'love to do something like that.' That's a direct quote, people!

Fuelling our excitement, Victoria went on to say: 'I want to offer clothes to people who can't pay designer prices. It's just figuring out who to do it with and when to do it.'

So Victoria, let's get this straight - it's not a case of if, but 'WHEN'?  And no, you're not in the midst of some far-out fashion dream; she said this for reals.

Not only did Victoria deliver the best news imaginable, she also looked a total babe doing so. After her interview, the 41-year-old fashion designer made a quick change into a stunning floral midi skirt from her SS15 collection, which she paired with the most badass platform heels we've ever seen (again from her own collection, obvs). Just LOOK at those bad boys...

Well, with such a killer line of clothes at your disposal, can you blame her for rocking her own designs at any given op? We would definitely do the same.

Now, H&M — why don't you give Vic a quick call on the old blower...
