Anne Hathaway's stunning wedding pictures were revealed earlier this week, and now the label has revealed the original design for her bridal gown.
Despite stepping down from his namesake label four years ago, Valentino Garavani stepped back into his design shoes at Anne's request, as he describes her as "like a daughter".
And the couturier gave her away in exquisite style, penning an ivory silk point d’esprit tulle' gown with a pink-tinged train that was hand-painted and embroidered with satin flowers. It was then assembled by seamstresses at the couture atelier in Rome.
To complement the Les Miserables star's cropped hairstyle and keep her floor-length veil in place, the designer added a 20s-style lace headpiece, featuring a flower corsage.
We predict that big dresses are about to have a serious moment on the bridal scene thanks to Anne and Valentino.
