London Fashion Week will be a treat for all the senses this year, as it's been announced that British perfume house Penhaligon's will be hosting the official scent of London Fashion Week.
Quercus, one of Penhaligon's classic fragrances, has been chosen as the key scent to waft through the halls of Somerset House and the surrounding show tents during the five day fashion extravaganza, taking place 13-17 September.
The elegant and uplifting perfume carries a burst of citrus and basil, with a delicate heart accord of jasmine, cardamom and muguet - creating an invigorating fragrance perfect for the electric atmosphere of London Fashion Week.
Head of the British Fashion Council, Jenico Preston, enthused about the collaboration, describing Penhaligon's as, "one of Britain's most distinguished scent emporiums."
"Penhaligon's really is a unique and exciting addition to this season's roster," Jenico continued. "The synergy between this quintessentially English brand and London Fashion Week is perfect, combining a culturally rich history, luxury and innovation."
