Miss Jacqueline launches her exclusive range of handmade T-shirts, documenting the harsh dating wilderness that is East London.

Jacqueline White aired some very dirty laundry at the launch party of her new T-shirt line last week at the Hackney Laundrette. London based stylist Miss White is as shocked as most women are with some men’s not so sensitive pillow talk. I caught up with her by the tumble dryer over Brockman’s Gin and tonics, to get the low down on her new t-shirt line.

Having cut her teeth at design houses in Paris and Milan, Miss Jacqueline has been making all manner of crazy costumes for celeb clients. She’s dressed everyone from New Young Pony Club to hamsters and horses! Who better to beautifully illustrate the somewhat ugly world of dating.

Tahita Bulmer of New Young Pony Club was also present modeling a gorgous example of Miss Jacqueline’s use of embroidery and textiles on crisp cotton T-shirts. Using stories gathered from her increasing network of disgruntled girlfriends, she embroiders hellish details of less than tender post coital moments. “Just don’t fall in love with me,” is accompanied by the location and date of the crime. Each t-shirt is different and Miss Jacqueline will even create a specially commissioned t-shirt of your own personal story, if she thinks its funny enough!

And those men better not think they are getting off lightly. Special polo shirts are available for them with catchy slogans such as “Fool”and "Rascal" embroidered on the chest to identify them.

T-shirts are available to buy online and start at just £40 for a standard and £85 for a commissioned piece. So if you want to support your sisters and name and shame those guys guilty of pillow talk faux pas then this is the stylish way to do it.
