Miranda Kerr's tenure as the face of Mango has come to an end, as Daria Werbowy is announced as the new star of the high street brand's campaigns.
The model, who turns 30 today, November 19, was born in Poland but lives in Canada. During her illustrious modelling career to date, Daria has appeared on the catwalk for everyone from Louis Vuitton and Prada to Missoni and Valentino, and is one of the world's highest paid supermodels.
Speaking about appointing Daria as the new face of its campaign, Mango said: 'In choosing a model of the stature of Daria Werbowy, our aim is not only to highlight our brand values, but also the importance of the quality and design of the garments in the new collection.'
In these behind-the-scenes tasters of what's to come, Daria is pictured in a louche white T-shirt and leather jacket combo, and in a second picture, the model wears a white jacket. Given the beach setting, we're expecting a laidback collection of cool separates and free-flowing silhouettes from Mango come the spring, as well as some more urban pieces.
We can't wait to see the rest of the campaign...
