D&G was skiwear-tastic with Stefano and Domenico creating a collection full of snowflake knits, furry boots and cable-knit bodysuits for a very stylish après-ski experience. Deep, festive red and cool grey were the predominant colours and the motif knit jumpers were teamed with wispy chiffon skirts eventually turning into full-length gowns (sans knitwear) for evening.
Moschino Cheap & Chic
With Pixie Lott performing and a champagne-fuelled party atmosphere at Moschino Cheap & Chic it was a merry setting for the models who strutted cheerfully down the catwalk. In celebration of the brand new Maison Moschino hotel, the girls were dressed up as the different styles of guests they're expecting at their new establishment. There was the party girl in a sugar-pink evening dress, the slick boardroom inhabitant in her monochrome ensemble and the fashion addict, clearly ready to shop her way down Corso Como. Trademark Moschino wit came in the form of a silver dress emblazoned with 'Fashion Must Go On'.
Leopard spots, sexy thigh-skimming dresses and ultra-fitted jackets were the order of the day at Just Cavalli. It was a typically sassy show for the designer with leggings in animal-print and metallic foil finish topped with shearling aviator jackets (they're an inescapable trend on the A/W catwalks) while hemlines were sky-high.
