Already an iconic fashion capital, London will now be adding to the Fashion Week agenda next month by transforming the city’s most famous road, Oxford Street, into a fashion filled showcase.
The iconic London street will be styling out the road from 13 September with 75 flags featuring Autumn Winter 2013 runway pictures from the likes of Giles, Alice Temperley, Topshop Unique, Matthew Williamson and House of Holland, in a twelve mile homage to British style which will run from the start of the M4, straight to Oxford Street.
And if that weren’t enough, from 9 – 21 September high street faves like Topshop, H&M, Marks & Spencer and more will be hosting fash-centric events; inviting people to personal styling sessions, talks with industry insiders, freebie-filled evenings, new talent initiatives and more.
So if you haven't got a ticket to the catwalk shows, fear not: just head down to Oxford Street and get involved. NL
