With the mend and make-do mentality being as fashionable as power shoulders this season, we couldn’t help but get excited about Liberty’s Stitch Programme new autumn schedule.
Kicking off in September, Liberty is offering classes in everything from crocheting in colour to knitting finishing techniques. And not to worry if you’re no master seamstress - there are beginner classes for the sewing newbies among us. All under the expert guidance of the pros at Rowan Fabrics.
We’re especially loving the ‘Jazzing Up a Little Black Dress’ class in October – a perfect way to apply your newly-honed craft skills to updating your wardrobe just in time for the party season.
Classes take place at the store and consist of about 20 students. Liberty provide you with all the tools and equipment you’ll need for the lesson.
And considering the success of the school’s Spring programme this year we suggest you book in quick as classes sell out fast.
Price per workshop: £50 including morning and afternoon coffee or tea
