Katie Price takes to the catwalk for Fashion for Relief
Katie Price on the catwalk: there are five words we'd never thought we'd write. Because while Ms Price is certainly renowned for her fashion choices, it's not usually for the right reasons. Sorry, Katie.
So it came as something of a surprise when pictures landed in our inbox of the former glamour model strutting her stuff down the catwalk on the eve of London Fashion Week, alongside one of the first ever supermodels herself, Naomi Campbell.
Katie's foray into high fashion saw the 36-year-old ditch the flouro pink wings and princess dresses she's so known to love, and don an androgynous suit, bow tie and patent stilettos all in aid of Naomi's Fashion For Relief show, which was held to help raise awareness of the Ebola crisis. And, we have to say, we think she looked great.
And Katie wasn't the only surprising face on the runway. Sarah Ferguson looked like she was having a whale of a time as she made her catwalk debut wearing a black maxi dress, as did Pixie Lott who came down the runway dressed as a rabbit.
Meanwhile repping for the models was pro Georgia May Jagger, who looked her usual cool self in a gold sequinned mini-dress, as well as Jourdan Dunn and Jade Parfitt.
And we expect this to be the first of many catwalks Jourdan and Georgia will walk as London Fashion Week kicks off today. Whether or not we'll see Katie on the runway again remains to be seen…
