Kate Moss has just made it abundantly clear that she's still the world's top supermodel, as she is revealed as the face of Alexander McQueen's Spring Summer 2014 campaign.
Shot by Steven Klein, the 40-year-old model looks incredible with her hair styled into a swept back pixie crop and dyed bright yellow – and looks more than a little like Tilda Swinton.
The campaign, inspired by the cult British movie Peeping Tom – which caused considerable controversy when it was released in the 1960s – has all the edgy ingredients favoured by Alexander McQueen.
The accompanying video, which sees Kate being pursued by a shadowy figure with a camera, is a genuinely creepy affair. And a perfect homage to the terrifying Peeping Tom.
2014 is already proving to be a vintage year for Ms Moss – the supermodel already has several campaigns under her fashionable belt, including Stuart Weitzman and Eleven Paris, and just celebrated her 40th birthday with a trip to Necker Island, a fancy dinner and a star-studded house party in the Cotswolds.
Now the mother-of-one is the face of one of Britain's most iconic labels. And it's still only January.
Kate Moss and Alexander McQueen enjoyed a close relationship, until his death in 2010, so it's a little surprising that it's taken Mossy until now to feature in a campaign.
Still, better late than never...
