Kate Middleton is a regular at the London premieres of the biggest newest releases so, natch, she was at the Royal Albert Hall for the screening of the new Bond film, Spectre, alongside Prince William, Prince Harry and the stars.
Kate usually goes by the old ‘if it ain’t broke’ adage, but her look was even more surprising than that time she wore a Zara necklace at the Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom screening - she went SHEER, in a sort of sassy Princess Elsa look. In fact, we think the Duchess Of Cambridge has been branching out, sartorially-speaking, this year.
We break it down…
Jenny Packham used to be Kate’s go-to dress label, but we’ve seen her wear it less of late. The pale blue, sheer design is only the third by the designer this year, having worn it for her first appearance after Charlotte was born and the recent red gown at the Chinese state banquet.
Kate Middleton + Jenny Packham = so far, so normal BUT this design had a sheer back meaning the Duchess had to go braless. Seen at Miu Miu with ethereal pastel fabrics, Kate nailed the trend.
This isn’t the first time Kate’s been rocking new season trends already – her Saint Laurent-style tiara got us talking, too.
Kate Middleton did a classic re-wear on the shoe front, pulling out her Jimmy Choo Vamp sandals which we’ve seen her wear countless times over the years.
Price: They’re not available to buy any more but would cost £400-500.
Kate has got the elegant updo and drop earring look DOWN – with the help of jewellery designer Robinson Pelham.
Price: We found the Diamond Pagoda earrings for £14,300.
Kate stuck with Jenny Packham for her bag, opting for the Casa Crystal Clutch.
