We do love a bit of Henry Holland here at InStyle (our design monkey on the art desk practically lived in his House of Holland slogan tee last summer), so we were delighted to discover he had glammed up that perennial winter basic, tights, with a touch of trademark Hoxton quirk.
Together with hosiery giant Pretty Polly, HH has designed a range of patterned pantyhose with images such as houses and trompe-l'oeil stocking effect. Our favourites are these alphabet-adorned pair, left, which send us right back to our childhood love of spotting funny words in brimming bowls of Alphabetti Spaghetti.
All the styles are available in-store from September, in black, pink, blue and purple, £10 each, exclusively at John Lewis (0845 604 9049).
