When Joseph Altuzarra announced that he would be collaborating on a collection with Target, we got very excited.
As lovers of his dreamy, feminine dresses – but not of their price tags – we knew that a high street collaboration might be our only chance to get out mitts on a frock without doing some serious damage to our bank balance.
But will his red carpet-worthy gowns translate into real life? Well, if this dress, modelled by the woman behind the Altuzarra and Target partnership, Noria Morales, is anything to go by, then we'll be buying the whole lot.
Morales debuted the first look from Altuzarra's collaboration at the CFDA awards on Monday night, where the designer won Womenswear Designer of the Year.
'And… It's #altuzarrafortarget maxi dress with orchid print and requisite slit. Man I love this dress,' Morales wrote next to a picture of her wearing the dress on Instagram.
The Altuzarra for Target collection will be available on Net-a-Porter on 14 September. We can hardly wait…
