Diamonds may be a girl’s best friend, but pearls are an extremely close second. Especially when the decadent designers like of Chanel and Cartier are involved.
This Autumn, Harrods has transformed its Fine Jewellery room with new displays and visuals in homage to The V&A’s Pearls exhibition, opening this weekend (21 September).
A one of a kind creation by Mikimoto - showcasing the finest quality cultured pearls detailed with white diamonds - takes pride of place within a bespoke cabinet.
Bulgari are also exhibiting a collection of stunning collars and necklaces, while Cartier presents pearl pieces from their iconic Paris Nouvelle Vague and Trinity collections. Meanwhile Chanel’s ‘Laueur D Un Soir’ necklace will be available to view and purchase in store.
Harrods customers will also be able to take advantage of a discounted ticket price to the V&A Pearls exhibition. See details online at Harrods.com.
The Pearls exhibition at Harrods will run from 9 September to 13 October in The Fine Jewellery room.
