Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci has cast singer Erykah Badu as the star of its Spring Summer 2014 campaign.
Badu, who became best known in the late Nineties for her neo-soul hits, looks incredible in the two images that have so far been released by the fashion house.
Shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, who are currently on a role with their photographs of Kate Moss for Playboy and Cara Delevingne for La Perla, the campaign sees Givenchy 'embark on a journey from Japan to Africa through America.'
Joining Erykah in the campaign, are models Maria Borges, Riley, and Asia Chow.
Speaking about the shoot, Tisci said: 'My family portfolio concept is carrying on. This season, I decided to invite my dream icon, the respected Erykah Badu, to my stage. As well as the young beauty Asia Chow, talent of tomorrow. And my new discoveries: black goddesses Maria Borges and Riley and model Dominik Bauer.'
We can't wait to see the rest of the pictures...
