As far as collaborations go, it doesn't get much cooler than Cara Delevingne, Pharrell Williams and Karl Lagerfeld all working together to create a new film for Chanel.

And from the look at this teaser, released today, the trio have not disappointed. When we first found out that Cara and Pharrell would be working together, we hoped there would be some music involved from both of them; after all, the model has made no secret of her musical talents.

And guess what? There is. Pharrell has composed an original song for the film, called CC the World, which Cara also sings on. Speaking about getting the chance to work with the Happy singer, Cara said: 'I was so happy, I think I screamed down the phone at him.' And it sounds like Pharrell was pleased too. In fact, according to Lagerfeld it was Williams that requested to work with Cara in the first place. Quite the coup for someone wanting to carve out their name in the music industry.

The film, entitled Reincarnation, charts the story of the beginnings of the legendary Chanel jacket, reenacting the time Gabrielle Chanel (played by Ms Delevingne) was holidaying in Salzburg and encountered a lift operator (Pharrell) wearing a jacket that would go on to inspire her own iconic design. The full film will be released on Deember 1st, a week before the Chanel Métiers d’art show in Salzburg (so now we get why Karl chose Austria). Will we get a live duet from Cara and Pharrell? Here's hoping...
