Cara Delevingne has made just a handful of catwalk appearances so far this fashion month, and only in London. There was the Giles show, where she filmed herself on the catwalk; Burberry, where she led the models on the runway; and a special presentation at Claridge's of her new Mulberry handbags. But other than that, nadda.
If you were hoping to see a lot more of the 21-year-old in Milan, where the Autumn Winter 2014 shows kicked off yesterday, you're going to be disappointed. Fendi has an exclusive deal with Cara, meaning she will walk in their show, and their show only.
Joining Cara on the catwalk will be her good friend and flatmate, Georgia May Jagger. The pair often appear in Fendi shows – last season they were almost unrecognisable under short, choppy wigs – and are much-loved by the label's creative director, Karl Lagerfeld.
Having Cara all to itself is just another reason all eyes will be on Fendi this week: yesterday the fashion house revelaed that it would be the first ever to live stream its show via its website using camera drones.
So if you want to catch a glimpse of Cara's only catwalk appearance at Milan Fashion Week, we suggest you head to Fendi.com today!
