There's A New Hadid In Town: Anwar Hadid Makes Campaign Debut

Bella and Gigi aren't the only models in the Hadid clan...

Anwar Hadid: you may not know the face just yet but you will definitely know the name. The brother to Bella and Gigi, and thus the son of Yolonda, has just made his campaign debut for Hugo Boss menswear.

The 17 year-old superstar sibling stars in the Spring/Summer 2017 campaign for HUGO wearing a series of relaxed separates. Note to self: the key is to nail simple layering if you're going to road test this look on your boyfriend at home. Shot by photographer Harley Weir, the shoot's location, the Californian desert, is not exactly doing wonders for our January blues right about now!

Anwar also shows off his ‘1999’ tattoo across the back of his neck, joining his sisters in the inking club. Only just this week his sister Bella unveiled a set of new tattoos whilst out and about.

The teenager, having signed to the same agency as his two sisters, IMG Models, just last year, quickly went onto strike a pose for L’Uomo Vogue, Nylon and Vogue Hommes following his catwalk debut for Fenty X Puma by Rihanna show and Jeremy Scott’s Moschino. So it seems the Hadids not only know how to nail a cracking pose, they know how to walk the runway, too.

Of course, Anwar follows in the footsteps of Gigi who has not only become the face of numerous brands, including Versace and Guess, but also has lent her designer eye to Tommy Hilfiger and Stuart Weitzman. Meanwhile, Bella not only secured a very lucrative contract with Dior beauty in 2016 but also appears as the face of Fendi this season. And, of course, both appeared, wings and all, at the Victoria’s Secret Show in December.

With the menswear shows only just getting going, and the womenswear shows about to begin this February, prepare to see a lot of Anwar Hadid.

The question is: can anything stop the good genes of the Hadid right now?
