It’s that time of year again; the most iconic festival of all time is happening this weekend – Glastonbury!! To help you with your packing we’ve selected 10 top items that we think are seriously necessary to get you through the days of dancing, walking and singing. Will it rain or will it not? Who knows? Either way, you will have an amazing time but it's good to be prepared for anything.
From tents to phone chargers, waterproofs to sun dresses, pack well but don’t over or under pack. Make sure to think about all weather conditions, bring suncream and always remember extra tent pegs! To help you get it right, we’ve rounded up the 10 pieces we wouldn’t be without.
Glastonbury fashion varies massively as it’s such a big festival so take and wear what you feel comfortable in. We’re thinking Dr Martens and plimsolls to see us through, whatever the weather, tracksuit bottoms and waterproofs – as there’s nothing worse than being cold and wet and sleeping in a tent, and peasant tops to throw on for an easy day look.
Stock up on water, you don’t want to dehydrate, and bring snacks for those midnight feasts or munchies in the morning for when you need to stock up on your energy for the day ahead. Just make sure to avoid chocolate or anything that can melt. Always bring extra undies and loads of socks, just incase you end up in a mud fight or you jump in too many puddles!
Baby wipes or face wipes; for the most satisfying feeling in the morning. It wakes you up and freshens you (if you don't fancy braving the shower queues), then a spritz of H2O spray and you’ll be ready to stretch your legs out of your tent.
Whatever the circumstances of your stay - whether you’re glamping or slumming it - the necessities are generally the same, so here are a few of our items on our list that we will definitely have in our luggage…
