Primark's new collection is actually really cool. Gone are the days of tables of messed-up basics and things falling off coat hangers, now the high street store is up there with Topshop and Zara for trend-led (but affordable) pieces
The summer collection was strong — a minimal Scandi-influenced look with pieces like muted stripe jumpsuits and cold shoulder tops that were on our #want list pre-pay day, and wouldn’t throw off a whole month's holiday budgeting. Win.
This season’s is full of hero pieces — there’s an Instagram bait copy of Vetements It jeans (you know, with the two-tone denim?). Then there’s the usual winter coat offering — military, faux fur — that we’ll be wearing with the fun Camilla Elphick look silver boots when the weather gets colder.
For dress down Friday, we’re all about the Steve Zissou-look two-piece tracksuit. So fun. Grab your Adidas Zissous and red beanie for Wes Anderson chic.
Primark shoes are getting better and better, too, with sock shoes, ghillie heels and white sneakers pretty much the same as the unjustifiably expensive versions we've had in our online baskets for months.
If you’re looking for a bag, whether a little wedding box bag or rucksack, there are fun pieces for under £10.
Thinking of your next holiday? (Who isn't – always?) Primark has reliable swimwear all year round. Our favourite is the twist bandeau.
Actually getting that bikini bod has got easier too with Primark's activewear and sports collection. If the prospect of blowing loads on the contents of your gym bag doesn’t fill you with excitement, check it out — with tops, leggings and bras in luxe brights and pastels, you can get a whole new kit on a serious budget.
