Waistcoats
As temperatures soar, sleeves get slashed and out comes the faithful waistcoat.
With it's rock and roll edge waistcoats are perfect for pulling any outfit together; where denim can give a Woodstock vibe, leather can toughen up girlie ensembles and the more tailored variations are great for sharp smartening.
Back in 2005 when Sienna Miller stole our hearts with her sweet boho style, she was scarcely seen without a waistcoat - accessorising hippy frocks, smock tops and tees with her favourite denim topper. Now it seems Miss Miller is going back to her hippy roots and has dug out her faithful friend; seen out in London last week Sienna wore her waistcoat with a floral frock, her favourite Russell and Bromley boots and low slung satchel for a 2009 update.
