Blake Lively, she of gorgeous hair and enviable wardrobe fame, thinks that sometimes she can look like a potato. Yes, that's a right. A potato.
The actress, who has also just branched out into the world of web with her new lifestyle site, Preserve, made the revelation to People magazine in an interview about her decision not to use a stylist.
Revealing that Kate Moss is a source of style inspiration, the 26-year-old said: 'There are things that I see on Kate Moss and think, ‘I have to have that,’ but when I try it on me I look like a potato.'
We can't imagine what out of Mossy's skinny jeans and blazer heavy wardrobe would make Blake resemble a beige, round vegetable, but there you go.
But Blake's penchant for comparing herself to unusual objects doesn't end there. The actress also thinks that she looks like the 'cargo part of an airplane' if she wears something that isn't cinched at the waist.
'I don’t like to wear things that don’t look right on my body … that 1920s drop waist, or even ’60s mod. If you don’t cinch in the waist it looks like I’m just hiding, you know, animals? I just start to look like the cargo part of an airplane.'
Well, Blake, we're all for a bit of modesty, but this is plain silly. Cinched waist or not, we reckon you're always hot to trot…
