The 30-year-old didn't disappoint in the festival fashion stakes at Glastonbury this weekend
Despite the less than ideal weather conditions, Alexa Chung still managed to look effortlessly chic (and not a little bit muddy) at Glastonbury this weekend.
Unfazed by the fields turned into a sea of sticky, treacherous mud, Alexa stepped out in a series of super-cool outfits, each more covetable than the last.
First up, we spotted her endless legs in a pair of classic grey skinnies, which she teamed with a vintage-style cream blouse and velvet blazer. And, of course, a pair of Aigle wellies and Barbour jacket.
While others – we're looking at you Ellie Goulding – ignored the damp weather in flash flashing outfits, Alexa opted to keep warm in cosy layers. Yes, it might be late June, but that didn't stop the 30-year-old wearing a leopard print coat and giant scarf-cum-poncho which could definitely double up as a blanket. Well, there's nothing worse than being cold now is there?
But the easiest way to give your look a festival makeover? It's simple – put a wig on. We think Alexa should wear this glossy orangey-pink number more often – and we're fans of the Bart Simpson bomber too, which we have a feeling Alexa may have stolen off her pal Nick Grimshaw.
She may have been into her third day of festival dressing, but Alexa somehow looked as fresh as a daisy in our favourite look of her Glastonbury weekend – a metallic jumpsuit. Hitting two of this season's biggest trends in one, the silver all-in-one is definitely going on our wish list.
We did find one thing about Alexa's get-up faintly shocking: there wasn't a Breton stripe in sight…
