Angelina Jolie calls the shots in Australia
Angelina Jolie cut a powerful figure on set of her new film, Unbroken, this week, as she was pictured taking charge in Australia.
Directing and producing the epic drama, the Oscar-winning actress looked to be in her element around cast and crew.
Set during World War II, Unbroken retells the life of Louis Zamperini, an Olympic runner who spent 47-days marooned on a raft after his plane crashed in the Pacific.
The mother-of-six has made no secret of her connection to the heartfelt story, having met and bonded with ‘Louie’ Zamperini during the making of the film.
Surrounded by 40s fashion, Ange opted for an all-black ensemble on set, as she called the shots in a midi dress, flat pumps and statement Aviators.
Unbroken is set for release in December 2014, while Ange simultaneously becomes the inspiration behind an excited new MAC Collection for Disney’s Maleficent.
