Cheryl Cole's impressively toned physique is just one of the reasons why the former Girls Aloud star is the envy of women worldwide. And now, those hoping to kick-start their January with a healthy new fitness regime can get one step closer to sculpting a bikini body to rival the lady's herself.
Trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson has revealed the 30-year-old singer's workout habits for the first time. And even better - they're not half as gruelling as we'd feared!
'She's been a client for years', the celebrity-favoured fitness guru told new! magazine. 'She's a beautiful girl and so talented. She wanted to be smart with her body, and to look balanced and feminine and in touch with her body.'
After facing criticism for looking too slim, Tracy worked hard at designing a bespoke regime for Cheryl to keep her looking more supple than skinny.
'She did my method, which consists of up to 13 different movements and sequences that change every ten days', she continued. 'They are customised to every person. Cheryl does the muscle and structure work and then she does the cardio.'
Well it's certainly working. Right, where are our dumbells?!
