Kendall Jenner has cemented her status as one of the most in-demand models of the moment after fronting some major campaigns this season and strutting her stuff for every big-hitting catwalk show during Fashion Month back in September.
However, keeping up that perfect runway-ready physique is no easy task, as Kendall's latest Insta-video proves.
The 18-year-old starlet of Keeping Up With The Kardashian's fame took to her Instagram account to post a clip of her typical workout regime. Needless to say, it wasn't quite the routine we expected it to be...
The 30-second film shows Kendall in the gym clad in yellow and black fitness get-up in the midst of her gruelling exercise sitting on the floor and throwing a ball (which matched her outfit, obvs) off of the base of a trampoline only to catch it and throw it directly back.
Ok, that doesn't sound too tough but if you try it whilst levitating your legs off of the ground and keeping your core central like Kendall, it starts to take its toll quite quickly. Not only will this work on your abs and your legs but it also helps sculpt your arms; not bad, huh?
Later on in her workout, KJ ditches the ball and trampoline for yet another quirky gym accessory. Holding a thick nautical rope with both hands above her head, Kendall then uses this to help maintain a straight posture while she works on her thighs during a lunging-session. Keeping her motivated throughout her gym-sesh is her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson who also works very closely with Kendall's half-sister Khloe Kardashian on her own exercise regime. We don't know about you, but we're going to start following him on Instagram stat for some major fitspiration.
