Kate posted pictures of the stunning day on her Instagram

We're predicting a waiting list as long as that train...

Do you dream of looking like a Victoria’s Secret model on your wedding day? Well now you can, thanks to American designer Zac Posen. You may have seen Victoria’s Secret’s latest signing Kate Grigorieva post dreamy pictures of her nuptials to Instagram last weekend, when she married soldier sweetheart Alexander in St Petersburg in Russia. Her hair and make-up were typically stunning, but it was that Zac Posen wedding dress that stole the show. The 25-year-old model shared the snaps on her Instagram page, thanking Zac.

With all-over lace, sheer sleeves and a trumpet skirt, plus a cathedral length veil (just think of the photos …), Kate looked jaw-dropping on her big day – and so can you! The Truly Zac Posen gown is part of Zac’s David’s Bridal collection, and retails for $1350 – that’s less than £900 in British sterling, just remember to add customs and import taxes on top of that, and the dress works out at around £1,295 (check out David's Bridal UK flagship in London for tax free shopping). We’re predicting a sell-out style and waiting lists as long as that train…

This long-sleeved gown follows a bridal trend set by the Duchess herself, Kate Middleton, who famously wore a lace gown by Alexander McQueen for her royal wedding back in 2011. Since then, sleeves have been firmly back on the bridal agenda; Kim Sears’s wedding dress featured embellished three-quarter length sleeves as she married Andy Murray in  (the pair now have a baby on the way), while Anne Hathaway covered her shoulders in tulle Valentino. Nicky Hilton also opted for a high-neck lace style with full-length sleeves earlier this year when she wed banker beau James Rothschild.

Kate was announced as the latest Victoria’s Secret model to receive her wings in April, alongside nine other gorgeous girls. Kate’s career started with an appearance in Miss Russia 2012, where she reached the finals. It was then on to Russian’s Next Top Model, hosted by Russian supermodel Irina Shayk, where Kate was runner-up. The near-miss didn’t hold her career back, though, as Kate moved to the US and made her VS debut in 2014.
