9 Times David + Victoria Beckham Gave Us MAJOR #CoupleGoals

These two talking about each other is mega sweet.

They keep their relationship surprisingly private, preferring to focus on their separate business ventures and Instagramming their delightful children, rather than publically declaring their undying love for each other. But, they’ve really stood the test of time — as they say.

In a rare moment of smushiness, Victoria has been talking to Hashtag Legend about her husband — and what she had to say was very cute.

From 1997 to now, here are the most adorable things they’ve said about each other…

Victoria On David

‘Everything we do, we do everything together. We really support each other... He's the best partner anybody can have.'

‘I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and beautiful, healthy, happy children.’

‘We always make time for each other as a couple and as a family. David and I have nothing to prove. We love each other, look out for each other and are strong as both partners and parents.’

‘My husband constantly inspires me and guides me — he has done so much good work, I look up to him and have the utmost respect and admiration for all that he has achieved.’

David On Victoria

‘Those moments you spend together are special. When you show each other attention, you need that […] We've been married for 15 years, together 17, it's an amazing part of our life and we've created something with our children, our family, that's very special, we've got four amazing kids.’

‘Dates for Victoria and I are very few and far between - we have four kids so the majority of our time is spent with them and working, but when we do have date night, we don't need to impress each other too much anymore.’

‘Last night we were at Disney and I almost cried watching the fireworks. Victoria and I were there with the kids, and Harper sat on one knee and Romeo sat on my other knee and it was incredible. I got a lump in my throat, and they were like, 'Daddy, are you okay?’’

When he injured his Achilles before the fourth World Cup – ‘That was one of the points when I knew I had a wife that really understood me and really understood why I was doing it.’

‘Or the other night we all sat in front of the fire pit outside and were just chatting together. I actually turned round to the kids and said, ‘Okay, this is Daddy's favourite part of the holiday so far.’’
