Victoria Beckham Puts Camel Suiting In The Fashion Spotlight...

...and now we all want to copy her. The VB-effect strikes again

When it comes to fashion, you don't argue with Victoria Beckham. Striking a rather remarkable balance of being the head of her own label whilst still having the rest of the world's biggest designers practically queueing round the block to dress her, she definitely knows a thing or two about style. Needless to say, her latest look is as on-point as we've come to expect...

While most of us would use the excuse of a long-haul flight to dig out our comfiest joggers and don cosiest of hoodies, the 40-year-old sartorial icon wasn't going to let a little thing like a 10-hour flight get in the way of rocking the perfect outfit.

Jetting into JFK airport in New York just a few days ahead of Fashion Week, VB looked the epitome of chic as she strutted her way past duty-free.

Wearing a slick camel coat, matching trousers, sexy toe-cap courts and carrying an oversized leopard print tote of her own design on her arm, Victoria put the rest of us to complete and utter shame with her travelling attire. Well, if you knew the paps were ready and waiting for you to disembark a plane you'd make sure your outfit was pretty stellar too.

As perf for the office as it is as an off-beat going out look, we're tipping the camel suit as a new fashion classic.

In fact, we're so smitten with Vic's sophisticated take on the camel trend that we've been scouring the web for a tonal two-piece to call our very own. Luckily for us, there are plenty to choose from! Here's our pick of the best camel suiting around...

This suit is tailored enough to wear in even the most professional office setting but paired with a sexy silk camisole or, if you dare, nothing at all underneath, it doubles up as a seriously cool party look. Just add killer heels...

Crop Trouser, £29.99, Zara

Suiting gets a springtime overhaul thanks to Lavish Alice who has come up trumps with this floaty two-piece. Everything from the sleeveless coat to the small D-ring details make it so on-point. Just avoid those pesky pasta dinners and glasses of red vino and you're good.
