Kristen Stewart bagged the gong for Orange Rising Star – the only award of the event which is voted for entirely by the British public.

Kristen took to the stage in a sparkling Chanel dress and thanked her fans: 'First I have to thank all the fans of Twilight for proving again and again to be the most devoted and attentive fans.'

She went on to praise the other nominees in the Rising Star category saying: 'I'm so blown away by you I can't even describe it and to be considered amongst you is overwhelming.'

Robert Pattinson was his usual suave self as he took to the stage in a Gucci suit to present the Best Original Screenplay award to The Hurt Locker.

Jamie Campbell Bower and Harry Potter girlfriend Bonnie Wright walked the red carpet, arms around each other, with Bonnie looking serene in an oyster-coloured Prada dress. However the young starlet found her beau whisked away from her as die-hard Twilight fan Poppy Delevigne nabbed him for a couple of snaps. (Well, who wouldn't?)

Anna Kendrick was also at the awards to present and, though her latest film, Up in the Air, was nominated in several categories, the actress went home empty handed.

Onto the after party at the Grosvenor, and it was a reunion over dinner for Robert, Kristen and Anna who were all seated at the same table in the immense ballroom.

Anna Kendrick caught up with Up in the Air co-star Vera Farmiga who relocated to her table for a chat. R-Pattz and Kristen sat beside each other and were instantly locked in close conversation till the food arrived, at which point they made their goodbyes and headed out into the night…
