Call The Midwife actress, Jessica Raine
We asked the guests at our EE Rising Stars party one very important question: If you could give a BAFTA to anyone, who would it be?
And it turned out there was some serious support for a certain Mr Eddie Redmayne.
'It's a tight race,' said Peaky Blinders actress Annabelle Wallis. 'I think Eddie Redmayne: he gives an incredible performance in the Theory of Everything.'
There was no hesitation from Game of Thrones star John Bradley. He knows exactly who he would give a BAFTA to.
'It's got to be Eddie. It has to be Eddie,' he told us. 'Just because that part is such a wonderful showcase for an actor of his type.'
And guess what, model Lara Mullen agrees. 'I think Eddie Redmayne. I've seen the film, I cried and he's just amazing.'
So, there's clearly a lot of love for Brit actor-of-the-moment Mr Redmayne. Is there anyone who isn't on the Eddie bandwagon?
'I really loved Miles Teller's performance in Whiplash,' said Call The Midwife actress Jessica Raine. 'I was sweating watching it, I was so tense. I thought it was incredible.'
So who will get that Best Actor BAFTA? There's not long to go now, with the ceremony taking place this Sunday 8th February. Join us then for all the winners, dresses and gossip from the night...
