Okay, we feel officially old – it’s been THIRTEEN years since Victoria Beckham (or Adams as she was in them days), Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Mel C slammed their bodies down and wound them all around the Brit Awards with a barnstorming performance of Wannabe and Who Do You Think You Are.
Remember Geri’s Union Jack dress? Mel B’s leopard-print catsuit? Emma’s sparkly minidress? Posh in a white miniskirt and bra combo she surely wouldn’t be seen dead in now? It was awesome.
And now you can vote for it as your favourite Brits performance from the past 30 years. The Spices are up against stiff competition from Kylie Minogue (2002’s “Can’t Get You Out of My Head”) and Kanye West ("Gold Digger" in 2006).
Plus Girls Aloud (last year’s The Promise) and Take That (Beatles medley in 1994) are also nominated, but our money’s on Scary, Baby, Ginger Sporty and Posh.
Cast your vote – but hurry, the deadline is today! – at ITV.com. Go on you know you wanna… huh, wanna huh, wanna huh, wanna huh, wanna really really really wanna zig-a-zig-ha!
