Michelle Dockery led the way as she and her co-stars put on a very fashionable display for Downton Abbey LA photocall...

Downton Abbey might not be back on our screens until the autumn but that hasn't stopped the cast of the hit ITV drama from kicking off the promo tour.

The shows star Michelle Dockery - or Lady Mary Crawley if you prefer - joined her fellow actors for a Downton Abbey photocall in Los Angeles yesterday, and she couldn't have looked chicer if she tried...

Sporting a stunning Victoria Beckham dress with a fitted navy bodice and a gorgeous printed skirt, the 32-year-old looked every inch a bonafide style maven. The frock comes with an edgy neck chain built in, eliminating the need for any add-on jewels. To show it off, Michelle swept her hair up into a relaxed updo, complete with an on-trend braid. Stunning.

However, it wasn't just Michelle that made a fashionable impression Stateside...

Joined by her co-stars Joanne Froggatt and Laura Carmichael, the trio cut a very sophisticated group at the photocall.

Joanne looked like she had been making the most of the Cali-sun with her a golden glow, which offset her edgy Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2014 black, navy and grey crochet-effect dress perfectly. With a swirl of fringe detailing, she really chose the most unique design out of the three looks.

Laura kept her ensemble classic with a pretty rose print shift dress which she cleverly contrasted with stark white heels.

Now, there's not a lot of things that'll make us wish for the summer to be over but, if it means we get Downton Abbey back on our screens, we officially can't wait for autumn. As far as we're concerned, we need Maggie Smith's brilliant one-liners back in our lives...
