Sienna Miller is heading to Broadway and about to don her suspenders and heels as she gets ready to take on the part of Sally Bowles in hit music Cabaret.
The actress will be taking over from Emma Stone, who has garnered rave reviews for her role as the eccentric nightclub singer, to finish the last six weeks of the show's run at the original site of the legendary Studio 54 in New York.
And Sienna should be prepared to perform to packed out audiences if recent taking are anything to go by. During New Year's week alone, Cabaret made over $1 million in ticket sales.
It certainly looks like 2015 is off to a flying start for Sienna, who appears in two critically acclaimed films this year: American Sniper and Foxcatcher.
Although this is a departure from Hollywood, this won't be Sienna's first time on Broadway; Ms Miller made her debut treading the boards in New York in Patrick Maber's After Miss Julie in 2009.
Now, will anyone sort us out with a plane ticket so we can go see it?
