Kate Middleton in Erdem at Trooping the Colour
Kate Middleton at Expanding Horizons campsite
One of the busiest weekends for the Duchess of Cambridge saw her hop from theatre to campsite, Royal balcony to Polo match - and in true Kate Middleton style, looking immaculate every step of the way!
Kicking off her weekend with a trip to the theatre, as patron of charity The Art Room, Kate Middleton headed to Kensington Gardens to see a performance of The Lion The Witch And The Wardrobe. Looking stunning in an all-high street look - a turquoise Zara dress and a Whistles jacket - the Duchess chatted to the kids in the audience as she clutched a cuddly lion toy.
Next day it was firmly back to Royal duties for Kate as she took centre stage at the inaugural Trooping The Colour ceremony at Buckingham Palace. Working a muted blue Erdem dress, Kate took her place in the Royal carriage, where her Jane Corbett hat nearly blew off in the wind. She then was photographed on the balcony alongside her Royal in-laws, taking the young Lady Louise (daughter of Prince Edward and Sophie Countess of Wessex )under her wing.
WATCH KATE ON HER ROYAL DUTIES
And after all the glamour and elegance of the Saturday, it was back to basics on the Sunday for Kate as she donned her wellies for a morning at the Expanding Horizons primary school scheme in Kent which gives inner-city children a chance to explore and interact with the countryside. The Duchess looked like she enjoyed herself getting muddy with the kids around the campfire and hanging out with them in makeshift tents.
She then headed over to the Beaufort Polo Club to watch hubby Wills play. With her faithful pooch Lupo by her side, Kate joined yet more Royal in-laws at the club, going a little doe-eyed over toddler Savannah Phillips. With much of her weekend spent around children, could Kate be getting broody?
